We have 3 fully-owned factories: 
one is for paper napkins/doormat/flags in Ningbo,
one is for metal products in Ningbo,
one is for ceramic products in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province.

Our company is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China.

3. What is your delivery time?
For sample order: 
Usually takes 6-12 days for samples after the receipt of payment. 

For mass production: 
8 weeks regularly.

4. Payment term: 
30% T/T and balance against copy of B/L
L/C at sight (if total order amount over $10,000).

5. Do you have your own brand?
Yes, we have different brands for different product lines, like Cypress Home, Refresh, New Creative, Evergreen Garden, Evergreen Flag, Cape Craftsman, b.Boutique and so on. Contact us for more details.

6. Do you have certifications for the productions?
Yes, we have CE/EU, EEC, FDA, LFGB, SGS.

7. Can you do the designs for us?
One of our strength is that we have plenty of beautiful and licensed designs, but of course, OEM designs are always welcome, our design team will always be there to help you on the designs and packaging if you need.
