1.What is the normal lead time? 

For stock products, we will send goods to you within 1-2 days after we receive your payment.

by express , by air , by sea, all depend on buyer. ( for small order usually ship by express, it takes 3-5 days arrive in your destination)

We do leak test for 3 times before packing.

If there any quality problem on our bottle, please contact us within 5-15 days after you get the goods and take photos firstly and send the photos to us for /confirm/iation, When we confirmed the problem we will change or make up for you1- 3 days.Any man-made damage we cannot change,refund or make up.
