Brife Introduction
This automatic starch vermicelli is a great break from the traditional vermicelli machine, no need freezing, the production time from 40 hours shorten to 2 hours. It can process different kinds of materials, such as corn starch, bean starch, pea starch, potato starch,sweet potato starch, cassava starch,sago starch.
Process flowchart
The whole process is fully automatic and continuous. No freezing process as following
mixing the starch and water ---siever the starch liquid ---flow to the starch liquid storage barrel ---pump the starch liquid to the extruder machine --- extruding ---vermicelli forming ---laying the vermicelli on the trays ---cutting ---automatic stacking the trays ---drying ---cooling ---unloading the trays--finished products collecting
