PRODUCT
The Copper Tapes/Copper Foils are mainly high precision electronic frame material, high precision pure copper strip, and high precision brass sheet. The product specification is 0.05-3.5mmx300-420mm, product can product performance implements GB/T2059-2008 standard.
At the same time, our company can provide strip product of JIS, ASTM, DIN, EN, ISO standards.

LEAD frame STRIP

EQUIPMENT
The company has the main equipment such an double surface milling machine, six Rolls reversing Finishing Mill, continuous Floatation Annealing Furnace and Stretcher Bend Leveling Line, all of which are imported equipment. Our equipment level represents the advanced level in the word.
HOT ROLLING MILL
The 850x800 hot rolling mill has the laminar quenching function and can strengthen the alloy through heat treatment and solution treatment.
DOUBEL SURFACE MILLING
Double surface milling machine which is the imported equipment can do the milling of 7-18mm strip.
ROUGH ROLLING MILL
360/800x600mm rough rolling mill, the minimum rolling thickness is 0.5mm, the maximum rolling speed is 360m/min and the maximum rolling force is 900 tons.
SIX ROLLS FINISHING MILL
Six rolls Finishing mill, the minimum rolling thickness is 0.05mm, the maximum rolling speed is 600m/min. The rolling mill applies the advanced technology such as bending, shifting, flatness and mass flow control, thus to achieve high precision high precision high quality strip production.
Twenty rolls finishing mill the minimum rolling thickness is 0.025mm.
Continuous floatation Annealing furnce which is the imported equipment can achieve continuous annealing of 0.05-1mm strip. Maximum speed of the strip in the furnace is 100m/min, temperature control accuracy is+/-5
Pickling line uses the international advanced brush box technology and can create fantastic surface of the strip.
The strip thickness that can be straightened by Stretcher bend leveling line is 0.05-1.0mm. The straightening of the strip can be automatically adjusted, it can clean and protect the straightening
Roller and ensure the quality of strip and service life of straightening roller.
Slitting line use imported cutters and belt tension device to provide protection for the high surface, high precision products.
The packing line automation can bring high quality protection for the products.
