The blancher is very important equipment for most of the food processing line, especially for Vegetable and Fruit IQF Frozen Line and Dehydration line. It is the main equipment for precooking and sterilizing of various food materials in pre-treatment line.
The typical blancher we are using is belt type and spiral type or screw type blanchers, also we have specialized blancher such as basket blancher for some special use based on our customer's requirements. According to different processing needs, the blanching / pre-cooking time and temperature can be controlled automatically by figure-showing thermometer through high quality solenoid valve for steam, so we can control the blanching process accurately which is very important for the quality of final products.
The construction of blancher machine is strong SUS304 stainless steel materials, there are options for heat exchange type for hot water blanching, and also options for direct steam blanching by steam pipe spray steam inside the blancher. It can be selected based on user's specific needs.
There are checking and maintenance windows for easy operation and cleaning of equipment.
