1.Can I know your quality before i place an order?

Please don't worry,we can send you some samples to check the quality,before you place an order,and you can confirm everything yourself.

2.I want to add my logo or design of my own, is it ok?

Yes,it's no problem,we can put your logo on the shoes,and we also can make the shoes according to your design. If you like,you can tell us your idea,then we make the sample for the testing.

3.May i order small quantity of shoes?

Our MOQ is 1200 pairs. But if you want a small quantity of shoes,

1) we can suggest you other hot shoes which the MOQ is 1000;

2) we can suggest you the shoes in stock;

3) we can increase the FOB price with small quantity;

4) we can have a talk to solve the problem in a happy method.

4.How can i make the payment?

We accept T/T.

5.When can you send me the shoes after my payment?

The delivery time usually is about 15~35 days. If there is going to have delivery delay,we will inform you the situation possible to occur in advance.

6.How can i estimate the cost including the freight ?

We can check the freight if you tell me your destination port or address,we can send you the shoes

by ship, airplane, DHL,FEDEX,UPS,EMS,CHINA POST and so on, so you can estimate your cost

before place an order.
