Our company manages organic culture, are organized for different groups of farmers for integrated in the process of harvesting, fermentation, drying and selection of our grain.
The harvesting process consists in collecting these posts grain being a center for fermentation for 6-7 days after being dried with sunlight on platforms under this covers and then selected and placed in jute bags.
all our operations center is done in town located in the Amazon of Peru, planting suitable place for a special cacao different characteristics than other places.
We harvest varieties like Amazonian Forastero(40%, Trinitario(40%) and Criollo(20%).
Our products are organically certified by Biolatina to the United States and Europe
