c) The substrate of hydrophilic treatment
Guarantee the adherence of the photosensitive layer to the substrate; the ink/water balance improved and also overcome the normal contaminations at shut-down time or during printing.

2.Characteristics:
Excellent spectral property matches with UV platesetters. Platemaking speed reaches 10-15 2-up sheets/ hour with good dot reproduction. It has good developing property with broaden compatibility and higher run length up to 100,000 impressions, so it is proper for precise color printing.
The positive plate is a sort of light-decomposition plate. The photosensitive layer decomposes when exposed to light and it is removed during developing. So the non-image area is formed and unexposed region turns out to be printing image area. Generally speaking, during UV-CTP plate-making we need to remove a larger area which takes longer time to expose and plate-making is slower than the negative plate comparatively.
