We are capable of providing stainless steel spheres/balls almost as per your specific requirements. Products include hollow stainless steel spheres (ranging from 6mm to 2500mm in diameter), available for delivery if we have it in stock or delivered within 15 days. Wall thickness of spheres varies from 0.4mm to 3mm. Shaped by water pressure, our products could be mirror polished without any seams noticeable on the surface; meanwhile, welding and then sandblasting spheres is a another way to produce mirror polished spheres also without detectable traces on the spheres. Having been offering services for our customers worldwide, a variety of products also fall under many categories of our products. Staidness steel spheres, hollow or solid, of all sizes are our major products, and brass and bronze balls come along. Hollow reflective stainless steel spheres of enormous sizes are amongst the top sales in our products. Perforated stainless steel spheres or sculptures of 304 or 316 are also our hot products. Not to mention we have done considerable amount of drilled stainless steel balls or spheres with holes of many sizes. Our products are of professional and advanced technology with cost-effective craftsmanship and favorable delivery time.

A:Yes, we offer a wide range of options to meet different requirements from our clients regarding size/diameter, thickness, color and material and so on. Options include: stainless 304 and 316 or 201, powder coat, paint, galvanized plate, or natural rust finish. Our powder coated finish has an undercoated zinc plate for outdoor use, which also eliminates the need for maintenance and rusting.
Q:What is your lead time?
A:Our general lead time is 10-15 days but may extend during peak periods.
Q:Is a deposit required?
A:It depends on the price of the purchase. If it is over 10,000 o, then a deposit of 50% of the total sum is required in advance, and the rest could be paid before the products are finished.
Types 304 and 304L exhibit excellent resistance to corrosive environments such as the chemical, textile and petroleum industries.Type 304 and 304L are found suitable in the food and dairy industries as well as excelling in rural and industrial atmospheric exposure.By reducing the carbon content in Type 304L, welding operations will not cause carbide precipitation that can lead to inter-granular corrosion. The maximum temperature to which Type 304 can be exposed continuously without appreciable scaling is about 1650 °F (899 °C).For intermittent cyclic exposure, the maximum exposure temperature
is about 1500 °F (816 °C).Type 304 is non-hard enable by heat treatment.Annealing: Heat to 1900 – 2050 °F (1038 – 1121 °C), then cool rapidly.Thin strip sections may be air cooled, but heavy sections should be water quenched to minimize exposure in the carbide precipitation region.Stress Relief Annealing: Cold worked parts should be stress relieved at750 °F (399 °C) for 1/2 to 2 hours.High hardness and strength are achieved through cold working. In the annealed condition, Types 304 and 304L are very ductile and can be cold worked easily by roll forming, deep drawing, bending, and other common fabricating methods. Since the material work hardens rapidly, in-process annealing may be necessary to restore ductility and to lower hardness.Types 304 and 304L can be readily formed and drawn. The higher nickel versions of Type 304 are well suited to severe forming applications involving multi-draw operations and forming of complex shapes. This is largely due to its combination of lower strength and lower work hardening rate.

SHIPPING
Modes of Shipment
Ground, Ship and Air
Ground:
Land or "ground" shipping can be by train or by truck. Ground transport is typically more affordable than air, but more expensive than sea especially in developing countries like India, where inland infrastructure is not the most effective way.
Shipment of cargo by trucks, directly from the shipper's place to the destination, is known as a door to door shipment and more formally as multimodal transport. Trucks and trains make deliveries to sea and air ports where cargo is moved in bulk.
Ship:
Much shipping is done aboard by actual ships. On rivers and canals, barges are often used to carry bulk cargo.
Air:
Cargo was transported by air in specialized cargo aircraft and in the luggage compartments of passenger aircraft. Air freight is typically the fastest mode for long distance freight transport, but also the most expensive.
