Q: Can we use our own door design?

A: Yes, we will according to your local climate and give you our suggestion. Then you can get best details and reasonable price you want. After we comfirm everything, we will design door or design window for your needs.

Q: What’s the payment way and payment terms?

A: Usually we use T/T, Western Union, Cash. You can also through Alibaba website to pay it. 30~50% deposit before production and balance must be pay before shipping.

Q: What’s the production time?

A: We will start to make the production after we get deposit. Normally, it needs around 25 days for producing.

Q. Are you the original factory of window and door manufacturing?

 A. Yes. We are the manufacturing factory in Lishui town, Nanhai district, Foshan city.

Q  What is the capacity of your factory and how long can we received our windows and doors

 A. We could provide 5000 square meters one month. The delivery time shall be 15 days to 25 days at normal time. It largely depends on the quantity, as well as the spcific size.

Q. What is the quality guarante time of your windows and doors?

 A. We offer 30 years lifespan for all windows and doors we manufacture.

Q.Can you email your E-catalogue with all of your products and price?

 A. Yes, we can. But the e-catalogue has not included all products details. It will be better for you to tell us the type you want and we send you the specific details.

Q. Can you send the quotation?

 A. Sure, we can. We need the information of the specific size and quantity, as well as the window type you want. We will offer you an exact price quotation wih our stamp.

A. Yes.We will send a small sample according to your requirement after we carefully check the details.
