Applications of Ore Disc Feeder
Ore disc feeder is also called disk feeder, table feeder, disk feeding machine, which is a cubage measuring feeding equipment; it supplies materials to the next procedure evenly and continuously; at the same time, it can bear relatively higher pressure. Disc feeder is a fine powdery material feeder suitable for non-cohesive materials like coal powder, cement, chamotte, limestone, shale, gangue and clunch.
Ore disc feeder is widely used in gold concentrator, coal mine, chemical plant, construction and foundry for quantitative and even feeding.
Disc feeder is also used for feeding in material warehouse and bottom of warehouse.
Generally, the hopper for dis feeder shall be ordered separately.

Working Principle
There are a gap of 50mm and a scraper between the hopper and the disc. When the disc runs, the materials smaller than 50mm will go through the gap, and the blade will stop them from running with the disc and then push them to the outlet.
