Introduction of Ceramsite Production Line:

The main body of ceramsite production equipment includes: Raw materials storage warehouse, dust chamber, fan, the main kiln, coal injection system, the control cabinet. The lower part of the raw materials warehouse feeders arch kiln speed and the amount of coal are variable speed to adjust the process parameters to ensure product quality under the premise of maximum yield.
Auxiliary equipment for production of shale are: Crushing machine, screening machine, belt conveyor, feeder, elevator, a material machine.

Ceramite Production Process:

Product ceramsite generally using the production process of raw material homogenization, granulation, calcination, cooling.According to the type and characteristics of raw materials, Its granulatingprocess can be divided into the following kinds:

1. Plastic method technology: Suitable for clayand clayey material.
Its process: clay - plasticizing, smoothing of roller and granulating -roasting - cooling - finished products. 

2. Mud into the ball process: Suitable for flyash or other powder raw materials.
Its process: fly ash - mixed evenly - into balls set granulating - roasting -cooling - finished products.

3. Powder grinding & pellet making: Suitable for shale, clay shale andgangue materials.  
 Its process: shale, drying, grinding, prewetting - into a ball dishgranulating - roasting - cooling - finished product, the additive agent.

4. Broken (dry) process: Suitable for shale,etc.
Its process: raw materials and broken graded - roasting shale and finishedproduct. And cooling.

5. Fuel: according to local energy market, using bituminous coal, crude oil ornatural gas.
