A1: In AI, PSD, PDF or CDR format is ok.

Q2: Can you make the item with my design and size?

A2: Yes, we can customize the itme as per your design, size and other requirements.

Q3: Can I make a trial order before the bulk order?

A3: Yep, trial order is accepted.

Q4: It's my first time to do business here, how can I protect myself from the fraud?

A4: If you are worried about it, we can draft a trade assurance order for you on alibaba, then you pay to alibaba account, we can't get the money until you confirmed that you received the goods.

Q5: How do you ship the goods to me?
