Oya Carbon is a professional manufacturer of carbon fiber products since 2006, concentrating on vehicles and motorcycles OEM and customized carbon parts, there are more than 4,000 kinds in total, which are distributed to more than 40 countries, including USA, Canada, Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy, UAE, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea and so on.
We keep to the frontier of carbon fiber composite industry and obtain state of the art production technology and hardware. We widely apply autoclave and heat press machine technology, which is a mature way to aerospace, aircraft and Formula 1 for decades, after our thorough research and upgrading, efficiency improves greatly and cost saves sharply. We can produce 600-700 pcs per day. Besides of it, we have more hardware at our hand, like imported 3D laser scanner, CNC machines, spark machine, lathe, millers, automatic material cutting machines, vertical robot (water jet cutting machine), UV equipment.
Each year we make a list of latest launched bikes to be introduced. In 2017, there will be Ducati 939 Supersport and Multistrada 1200S, Kawasaki Z900 and Z650, Yamaha MT-10 and YZF-R6, BMW F800GS, KTM 790, Honda CBR1000RR and CBR650. Every year we attend biggest motorcycle show in the world, EICMA in Milan, Italy and Intermot in Cologne, Germany, to get ahead of advanced technology and new bikes.
