A: Sample is 1-3 days, mass production time is 7-10days for order less than 500 pcs.

A: Our MOQ EXW is 10 pcs; MOQ FOB is 100pcs,but FOB charges has to be charged for less MOV                    usd5000.00.

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT international express for samples. It usually takes 3-5 days to      arrive. Also we can send your goods by air and by ship if you need.

Q: How to proceed the order if I have logo to print?

A: First, artwork for visual /confirm/iation, and next is sample picture or sending sample to you for /confirm/iation,       finally we will go to mass production.
