(1) When the customer get the machine, they need to install it according to the Installation Guide, which will guide you how to use the installation reagent and accessory kit <BS-200 installation guide>

(2) After installation, there should be one Service Plan about the machine to maintain machine well <BS-200 Service Plan>

(3) For different part or function, the maintenance period is different, the user need to refer the maintenance schedule <BS-200 Maintenance>
