- If there is any quality problem of POS within 12 months after you receive package, our tech support will help you to find out the problem and send you the spare part for free to replace it. Also, we will teach you how to replace it by video. No need to pay the spare part and shipping fee. No need to send the broken spare parts back to us

FAQ
1. Q: What kind of OS system we are using? Do you have English Version OS?
A: Windows or Android System. But no operating system is included. If you have genuine English version windows operating system, please send it to us, we will install for you or you can install operating system by yourself when you get the product.
2. Q: Can I change CPU?
A: Yes, CPU is integrated into motherboard, we are pos hardware manufacturer, so we can do both ODM and OEM according to your specification requirements.
3, Q: Do you have English POS Software?
A: Yes we do.
4. Q: What’s the Minimum Order Quantity?
A: We don’t have MOQ. If you order 1 set of our products, we will ship and choose the best shipping way for you.
5. Q: What’s the delivery time?
A: It depends on your order quantity. We will test each of our products before we ship it. For example, each pos terminal will be tested at least 6 hrs before we ship the cargo.
6. Q: What’s the warranty?
A: Product Quality warranty: 12 months. Accessories Warranty: 3 months. Any quality problem with our products within 1 year, we will resend you a brand new one product. But above is only limited in our products’ quality problem.
