5.How to ship?

We will check most suitable or reasonable price of express for you when order is /confirm/ied

1)If small order aim at stock items, it takes about 3-5 working days to ship out  

2) For bulk order generally 20-30 days, also will depend on the specific order quantity 

6.How to deal with it if goods is lost or carton is broken when get goods?

 Take Photoes and write down weight of each carton with description and send pictures to us within 24hours and call express and leave an messange to request express to check 

7.How to return all goods if that is wrong iterm or are not same as sample?

Take Photoes and send us ,then will return to us,we will return you payment or replace it when we get all goods

8.Test report 

Most of our products can pass SGS , CTT,CTL and BV test , meet Europe and America standard.That depend on last material and products. Nickel free and cadmium less than 200 pmm, Lead less than 200 PPM.

Lead Time

1. If we have stocks,we'll deliver our items within 3-5 working days after receiving your payment and order        details /confirm/ied.

Sample

1. Samples charge: According to the item number

2.Sampling time: 3-5days for our existing samples for reference. 

3. Sample cost refund policy: We always charge the sample cost 30% higher than bulk order price, but when you place a  bulk order, will refund the extra 30% we charged.

Warranty  

We warrant full bike, wheelset, handlebar, stem and frames to be free from manufacturing defects for one year. Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty products.    But, warranty does not include accident, artificial damage or improper use.
