Currently, all freeze drying machine works under high vacuum, utilizes sublimation principle, make the frozen moisture that had been frozen in the material directly sublimated to water vapor and and then being removed without melting, so as to achieve refrigeration drying purposes. Freeze Dryer process includes 3 steps: pre-freezing, sublimation, and then freeze-dried, each stage being complete done by one at the same work area in the Freeze Dryer, the whole process takes about 12 hours.
The workflow of old-fashioned freeze dryer machine : put material in loading tray ,the machine begin to work, firstly you should set the temperature of work area to -40 ℃, make the material pre-frozen ,which takes roughly 5-6 hours; And then make the solid water (ice) directly sublimated to vapor and being removed from material under high vacuum. After this step, the material will be sent to frozen warehouse to freeze and then being sent to desiccation warehouse for sublimating and desiccating, which requires approximately 5-6 hours. These processes have some drawbacks, such as: internal heating device’s constantly cooling and warming process consumes a lot of energy, it is also a waste work time and result in low work efficiency; its internal device design is very complicated and cost very much and hard to maintain; ect.( high high energy consumption, a waste a work time, low work efficiency, complex internal device design ,high cost of inner design , maintenance difficulties)

In order to overcome the above mentioned drawbacks, this utility model is intended to provide a new vacuum freeze-drying machine. By changing the internal structure of the old-fashioned one and adjust work processes ,which can shorten the time of freeze-drying process, improve efficiency, decrease costs, reduce energy consumption and achieve the same effect of freeze dried as the vintage freeze-drying holds.

This kind of cold-type freeze-dryer including: control apparatus and refrigerating apparatus that being placed in refrigeration storage temperature and vacuum drying equipment. The refrigeration equipment and vacuum drying equipment work synchronously , keep the former equipment’s temperature at a low basis and put material into refrigeration equipmentfor pre-freezing , and then put it into vacuum drying equipment for dehydration.
The shell of the vacuum drying equipment is provided with heating pipes, which used for defrosting during the freeze-drying process.
The bottom of the vacuum drying equipment is provided with an outlet for draining defrosted water.
The vacuum drying equipment consists of at least one vacuum box body.
The vacuum tank is provided with plexiglass door, with tubes on the top and side of the tank, with adjustment feet on the bottom. All tubes are channel steel.
The refrigeration equipment consisting of at least one shelf carts. The top of the shelf carts is made of stainless steel tray configuration, provided with stainless steel tubes on the four sides and directional wheel on the bottom.

The cold type freeze dryer of new models comprising: a control unit *1, refrigeration equipment*2 and vacuum drying equipment*3 (the refrigeration equipment*1 and vacuum drying equipment*3 are synchronous controlled. The control device*1, refrigeration equipment*2 and vacuum drying equipment*3 are separately controlled).

The process of operation as following:
1. Keep the refrigeration equipment*2in low temperaturestate;

3.Dehydrate material in the vacuum drying equipment, add new material into refrigeration equipment*2 at the same time.
