We have 2 fully automatic computerized double layer coating machines with 2 dye vats on both ends to enable the 2-layer coating, its monthly capacity is more than 300 metric tons. The bigger one’s width is 1.6 meters, the length is over 25 meters, thus one cycle can reach 50 meters. The oven works up to 180°C--200°C, that will allow the dyed film to travel in the oven with enough time at proper temperature as well to make the color and finish are even and smooth, no wrinkle produced, so the hue and gloss of glitters are much better. On the contrary, the normal coating machines don’t have these advantages, compared to them, we already got the upper hand in the first place.
