Second, the big-width carding machine ensures the evenness of yarns. Third, Gaudino Ring spinning frames from Italy with 140mm ring diameter insure less knots of the yarn. And the automatic winding machines from Germany Karl Mayer guarantee the non-knot of yarn after coning with very good strength. Double twisting machine from Germany Volkman with Tension control system can improve the elastic of yarn by deducting winding tension. All these equipments solve difficult problems on carpet quality such as fiber broken and chromatic aberration. )
