4.Air faucet part

5.Heat pattern part

A.Heat heal hydraulic system.The pressurize time can be controlled.

B.The mould adopt domestic advanced technology. Selection the previous complex crafts at the same time of completing the heat seal and molding.High effciency,good quality.The mould is exquisite,every point can be adjusted to save time and resource.

C.The temperature control adpot YaTai thermometer,combine with thermocouple,accurate temperature control and detection by main computer control directly.

D.The isolation area adopt high-temperature cloth to transport the material.Avoid the deformation of product because of temperature effect.decrease the rate of waste.

6.Arrangement part.

A.Using  the silicone belt to transport  the products.The balloon from forming part can be transported to manual part.
