PVC insulated cables (PVC cable) are made of copper conductor and extruded PVC insulation and sheath if any that having rated voltages up to and including 450/750 V used in power installations.
Application
BV / RV
Ideal for the internal wiring of appliances, apparatus, switchboards, distributor boards and telecommunications devices. Found in the protective laying in and on lights. Suitable in dry rooms for fixed and flexible laying. Used for exposed and embedded conduits.
BVV
Suitable for industrial and home applications. Designed for dry, moist and wet open areas as well as under plaster, walling and concrete. Outdoor usage is only possible while the cable is protected from direct sunlight.
RVV
For use in connecting small electrical appliances under low and medium mechanical stress environments as in offices, kitchens and households. Found in connections to kitchen utensils, desk lamps, floor lamps, vacuum cleaners, office machines and radios.
RVVYP / RVVY
For the interconnection of parts of machines including machine tools and mechanical handling equipment. Screened cables are recommended in environments where a moderate level of electromagnetic interference is encountered.
