Specifications of dish washing machine for hotel & restaurant :
(1) The machine is consisted of frame, up and down hood, washing and rinsing, control panel, and stainless steel water pump and electricity control systems.
(2) The water pump draws the water from the water channel to the up and down water spraying box for strong spraying and washing, then the high temperature water from the water tank is supplied to the spraying pipe for rinsing.
(3) Working table is available, you can use it together or not.
(4) To get the good washing result, you should not press the washing button until the water washing temperature up to the reset range. One washing period is 60 seconds---washing pump spraying for 40 seconds, delay for 5 seconds and rinsing for 15 seconds.
(5) The whole period is controlled automatically.
Installation and connection requirements:
Power requirements:380v/50hz/3ph+Neutral+Ground,with an external separate air circuit breaker.
Machine can be directly connected with water supply system,the lowest incoming water pressure should be 2kg/cm2
If a hood or vent needed,the minimum capacity should be 2.8m3/min.
Using note:
1. Turn on the water switch, check the water pipe, percolation net, then open the door of the machine.
2. Turn on the power and the power light will turn green.
3. Press down the watering button on the control table, temperature light will turn red, machine start working.
4. Dishwasher will start heating automatically after affusion finished.
5. Dishwasher will stop heating automatically once the temperature come up to the prearranged point.
6. All scour will be injected into the washing machine automatically after set up the distributor.
7. Do not put your hand into the washing bucket, put the cup and glass ware into the basket, all trays must be leaned onto the washing dishes and face up, silver dishes face down.
