Cosmetic Machine JRKB series Upper Homogenizer vacuum emulsifying machine is a new-generation intelligent emulsifying machine independently developed by Jinzong. JRKB model proves to be the first choice for cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries to manufacture high-grade products like creams and ointments.
Feature:
1.This device is composition by Oil tank,Water tank, ,Vacuum homogenizing emulsifying tank, Water cycle vacuum pump, Heating system, Lifting system, Operation Cabinet, Control system etc. It is the most applicable cream equipment for produce high grade skin care products .
2. It is automatically controlled by PLC and the system can freely switch among several control modes, such as HMI mode and batch operation with remote central control room. For industries with special requirements, it can trully realize remote full-automatic operation without human interference on the field, thus realizing safe, economical and efficient production.
3. Its automatic feeding, discharging and cleaning system, hydraulic pressure lifting and toppling systems as well as overall outlook design all conform to GMP and FDA specifications.
4. Homogenizing motor has two speeds, low speed 1500 r/min is used in low speed homogenize and high speed 3000 r/min is used in homogenizing.
5. Continuous working processing quantity is big and it can produce material circularly and homogenized and also can put positive pressure to produce material on main boiler which is convenient and fast;
6. Easy to operate and has better homogenizing emulsifying effect
7. Water circle homogenizing airproof structure of England Cran Company conquers common airproof leaking problem; sealing ring can not be burnt under high viscosity and non-material condition.
8. CIP cleaning system is configured through outside circle pipe to make emulsifying machine cleaned automatically, conveniently, wholesomely and thoroughly.
