Product Description
APPLICATION
It is the best choice for plastering the wall in the residential buildings, office building, the civil house with hardened ground.
Suitable Wall: the concrete wall, the brick-concrete wall, the cavity wall, the light brick wall and baking-free brick wall etc.
Suitable Plaster: white limestone powder, lime, the concrete plaster, the foaming sand plaster, the gesso plaster etc.
Plastering Range: Plaster thickness within 3cm, Plastering height no more than 5m.
FUNCTIONS AND CHARACTER
1. Feed plaster by the conveyor belt goes forwards and downwards. Can reach the ceiling top exactly. The conveyor can stop any place by manual, realized plastering for around window and door.
2. Adopt angle adjustable plasterboard, up large angle for plastering wall, down small angle for cutting and pressing surface, realized up and down same way, ensure plastering wall straight without error and plastering to top ceiling.
3. Adopt Hydraulic expansion link touch ceiling top and floor firmly, can fix the machine within 10seconds. The chassis without pressure force, easy and convenient to move like using the lifting jack. The main rod return by dead-load and the footings raise automatically. More fast and firm.
4. Plastering board width is designed 3cm wider than machine body, Easy to move into and out of room(standard door 80cm width), able to reach the internal and external angle accurately.
5. Install two micro vibrators mounted at the back of the plastering board, ensure the stronger adhesion between the plaster and the wall
6. The conveyor and 2 micro vibrator mounted auto feed the plaster to plastering mouth while rising, it auto stop feeding until it is 45cm away from the ceiling, as the remaining plaster is enough to ceiling. After arrive the ceiling, the plastering board auto change direction go downward, auto stop until reaching the floor.
