PVC unrolling→PVC heating→PVC tray forming→ Servo drawing→PVC tray punching and cutting→PVC waste rolling→PVC tray turning and locating→product feeding→automatic paper feeding→heat sealing→final product output

Q6: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine; you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then begin to operate the machine.

For large size machines, we will take the machine apart, on condition that we do our best to keep the machine easy to assembly.

Q7: Does the machine power voltage meet buyers' factory power source?

Q8: Could you make die / mould for me, if I buy machine from you?

A8: Yes, we design and make moulds based on product sample or drawings, charge the mould price at facory cost price.

Q9: What you can do for us if machine has problem at our factory after order?

A9: At first, please send us the report and video showing the problem, we will help solve it through the information you provide, and if need any spare parts, we will send to you by international express. If can’t solve it well, then we will dispatch our engineer to your site and check & solve the problem.
