There are 4 furnaces with 8 production lines, from stirring, production, annealling,automatic inspection line, manual inspection, packing to finished products, to make bottle quality to approved before shipment.

Our production line has two kinds of quality checks, a kind of quality check is the machine automatically check , and the other kind of quality control is human check , they check it for 2-3 hours. We are in these two ways to control our quality .

 -Online checking via camera is welcomed we can do the quality control very well;

 -Produce the package as your requirements ,we can offer the box with color printing;

 -Free Sample can be offered,you can confirm the quality before place the order;

 -Shipment:we can offer the shipment with CY-CY,CY-Door,wo can deal with the DDP item;with this item,you do not need to any other     work,we send the container to your warehouse firectly..
