Polyester fiber introduction:
Polyester fiber also called PET fiber, is a new type of reinforcing and crack-resistant building material for concrete. With 100% polyester as its raw material, it is produced by special technique. Polyester fiber is a kind of bunchy monofilament synthetic fiber. It has the advantages of heat resistant, anti-corrosion, high strength, high chemical stability, high gripping force.
Polyester Staple fiber based on high-quality fiber grade polyester chips as the main raw material, while adding a special active agent into the bundle of monofilament synthetic fiber manufactured through a special process. Use instruction:
1. Adding amount: 2-3kg/ ton asphalt concrete.
2. Put the crushed stones, sand and fiber into the blender at the same time, stir them up for 20-30 seconds. Then add bitumen into it and continue to stir for 30 seconds until they mix completely.
