1. When can I get response?

Normally within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent, please call us or email to us.

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

Sample available before comercial order, we charge some sample fee.

3.What kind of files do you accept for printing?

Better with AI file.

4.Can you do the design for us?

Yes. Because we have our own factory in Hangzhou,China.

We accept custom design. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. 

5.How long can I expect to get the sample?

The samples will be sent in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you by express.

6.What about the lead time for mass production?

That depends on the order quantity and the season. Generally about 2 wekks after payment.

We suggest you start inquiry at least one month before the date you would like to get the products.

7.What is your terms of payment and delivery?

Normally T/T, 30% deposit in advance and balance before shipping. Paypal is available but you have to bare the bank charge.
