5.What about the normal lead time?
It's around 30-35 days after receiving the deposit and confirm the samples for production.
6.What types of payment terms do you accept?
1.By T/T remittance, 30% of total value as deposit payment should be paid before production, the balance should be paid within one week before shipment.
2.Small account payment can be transfer by Western Union or paypal, please contact and confirm all details clearly before arrange payment.
7.How to place new order?
1.After we made agreement of product's color treatment and price, we will send you Proforma Invoice for your confirmation on FOB Shantou, China payment basic.After we received your deposit payment, we make final sample for your final confirmation.
2.Received your sample final confirmation, we will start mass production.Production time 30-35 days, when the goods ready, we will arrange QC inspection, then inform you arrange balance payment.
3.Received your balance payment and forwarder shipping company information, we arrange the shipment.
4.When received all shipment documents for destination custom clearance from your shipping company, we will send you by express.
8.What is your shipping way?
Small order we ship the goods by international express such as TNT UPS DHL OR FedEx.It takes 3-4 days to arrive your country.
Big quantity order we send by sea, it takes one month to arrive.
If urgent, you can select shipping by air, but the air freight will be more expensive.
9.If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton.All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container.This date is subject to the arrival time of container.We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
10.How to receive a price quotaion in the shortest time?
When you send us an enquiry, please kindly make sure all the details, such as Model No, product size, and tube lenth, color, order quantity.We will send you quota with complete details soon.
