ARG Fiber Advantages  

With the original E-glass fibers, durability was a big issue since the fiber broke down and lost strength in concrete, then the alkali-resistant Glassfibre is developed and made resistant to the high alkali corrosion through the use of zirconium-dioxide.

Huierjie ARG Fiber properties including excellent alkali -resistance with high ZrO2 content of over 16.7% , good tensile & flexural properties, high elastic modulus, freeze thaw resistance and crack fatigue with excellent impermeability properties.

Huierjie ARG Fiber used in the manufacturing of GRC cladding provides enough opportunities for architects to design ornate and complex exterior high performance & environmentally friendly building cladding solutions.

 AR Glassfiber Mat 

 HUIERJIE AR GLASSFIBRE MAT is an engineered AR-stem designed for use in the reinforcement of very thin layer (5-20 mm).

Application:

HUIERJIE AR GLASSFIBRE MAT is available in a range of nominal weight: standard is 150g/M2. It is produced by chopping Huierjie AR-Roving into 20-50mm strands and forming into a mat with a suitable binder. The mat has an open construction to permit penetration by cement mortar. The engineered binder, which dissolves with water further, assists incorporation into a cement matrix.

HUIERJIE AR GLASSFIBRE MAT may be used as a positioned reinforcement flooring systems.

PACKING

Each 50m/100m/200(negotiable)roll of huierjie at scrim is supplied on a 50mm diameter cardoard tube and protected by plolyethylene shrink wrap.roll dianter 18cm/24.5/cm/28.5cm.

36 rolls are loaded vertically on a wooden pallet of dimensions 113cm*113cm(totalheight 11

3cm).Each complete pallet is protected by polyethylene shrink-wrap.toallow double stacking,a plywood sheet may beokaced across the top of the lower paller.

The approximate net weight of one paller is 290kg,gross weighe for 225kg.It is possible to pack 20pallers in a 20container.
