A: Please contact us when you find a faulty lamps. When you send e-mail to us. please try to let us know the following information:

   - Your purchase date;

   - Some pictures and brief description of the faulty.

   - We will reply you within 2-3working days. Normally for small quanitty we will send replacement new lights together with next shipment.
