1 TIME ADJUSTMENT
The TIME adjustment controls how long the floodlight will stay on after the motion has been detected. Turn the Motion Sensor TIME control knob counterclockwise to increase (up to about 6 minutes) how long the floodlight stays on or clockwise to decrease (down to about 5 seconds) the time delay
2 LITE ADJUSTMENT
The LITE adjustment determines at what light level the lighting system will start operating when you set the sensor to automatic operation. Provisionally turn the Motion Sensor Light control knob to the edge counter-clockwise at the moon (dusk) position. In this provisional setting mode, the Motion Sensor remains inactive during daylight. At dusk when you find it is the LUX level desired for operation, simply set the Light control knob to the position which will become active as daylight declines.

- Incoming quality control (IQC)
When the materials of motion sensor outside lights are sent to our factory, IQC will check the quality of these spare parts before producing.
- Assembling line
After IQC, different spare parts will flow into every producing line and will be assembled together. During this procedure, every worker will check carefully and avoid any defect happen in the last procedure.
- Aging procedure
Our motion sensor outside lights outdoor will go through aging process. In this step, if any flood lights has something wrong such as the lamp is not bright, the inspector will find out and send the faultiness to maintenance department for repairing.
- Inspection of half finished lamps

- Packaging
The final step is packing the motion sensor outside lights outdoor flood lights. Every lamp will be cleaned and stick labels on it, at the same time check the functions of the led outdoor flood lights. Then put into a PE bag to avoid dust and water. With user manual and screws together, put into a EPE foam and fit into the color box, then 6 boxes in a corrugated carton. According to customer’s request, we can make exclusive color box and user manual etc.
- Outgoing quality control (OQC)
After packaging, the cargo will be placed in store room. The documentary will check the details such as shipping marks. Every shipment the documentary will make a report of the delivery, for insurance and review.
