III. Property:
a. Characteristic: Vibration resistance, impact resistance, sound absorption, elastic, fire rating is A-60 class
b. Applicable for: Covering for A-60 class decks and other approx. A-60 class structures.

IV. Application Method:
a. Preparation prior to application
The welding and fairing by hot working on the steel decks that may interfere with the application of covering are to be finished beforehand.
The oils, water, anticorrosive paints, impurities on steel decks are to be removed meanwhile the surface preparation is carried out according to the requirements of Grade P2 of CB3230 or Grade St2 of ISO8501-1.
b. Application Procedures
Cut the waterproof PE films according to the application areas, and count the amount of dry materials, stir the dry materials(A component) sufficient evenly in agitator, according to the ratio of covering and water which is about 6:1 in weight.
Ceramic fiber separating strips are to be laid out around the steel bulkheads. Consequently lay out the ceramic fiber boards closely on the steel decks, the seams between boards do not permit, the ceramic fiber boards are to be covered with PE waterproof films, the overlaps of the films are not less than 100mm, the steel meshes are to be fixed over the waterproof films, the overlaps of the meshes are not less than 100mm, the overlaps of the meshes should not exceed 3 layers and be fastened with galvanized iron wires.
Pour the mixed face covering onto the steel meshes, striking off the coverings with ruler while lifting the meshes which are in the height of 1/3 face covering.
Consolidate and level the coverings to the thickness of more than 30mm.
After the face covering application finished, it should be kept maintain for 1 to 2 days with spray a suitable amount of water or maintaining agent on its surface, and people may walk on it when it hardened completely.
Cut away the separating strips with a knife when the coverings have solidified sufficiently, and seal the vacancy between the bulkhead and the face covering with silicone rubber sealing adhesives.
After the covering completely hardened, the floors can be adhered.
In the whole application and maintenance period, the environmental temperature should be a range of 0~35°C, cool-down measure is to be taken if the temperature is higher than 35°C or heat preservation measure is to be taken if the temperature is lower than 0°C.
V. Attentions:
The dry materials (A component) shall be kept in dry place, waterproof PE films, steel meshes and ceramic boards shall be avoided rain showering or water dipping. If the cement is obviously caked, it shall not be used.
If the ceramic boards are loose or absorbing water, they can not be used.
The sealing adhesive and the ceramic fiber separating strips to be used in the structure type are not be supplied by our company.
