 ZOOMLION ZLJ5450JQZ70V truck crane, integrating many years’ design and manufacturing experiences and different kinds of high-tech, is a new generation product with high performances, developed independently by our company in accordance with market trend and consumers’ demands. Main technical specifications, such as lifting height, boom length, working speed, lifting capacity, all have arrived the international advanced technical level. The complete vehicle makes a global purchase of complete set of products.

This truck crane is a full slewing, electro-hydraulic proportional control truck crane with telescoping booms. It has the characteristic of economic, excellent performance, flexible working etc. The boom can telescope freely with two working conditions of outrigger full-extend and half-extend. It adopts full-width cab four axles special-purpose chassis made by our company, which is with wide vision, comfortable seats, hydraulically powered steering makes operation convenient and maneuverable. This special-purpose chassis is eight-by-four drive.

Since this truck crane adopts latest load feedback electro-hydraulic proportional reversing valve and dual pump system, the executive body of it can give full play to its working performance. Operation rod can realize the combination motion of boom and jib hoisting, derricking, slewing and telescoping, which is highly increased the crane working efficiency. It has the characteristic of easy and flexible operation, stable working and stepless speed adjustment etc. Various safety devices in hydraulic system, such as safety valve, counterbalance valve, hydraulic lock, brake valve etc., which can avoid accident caused by breakage of oil pipe due to overloading. The control system applies concentration line technology and has fault self-diagnosis function with the full LCD screen, which can timely display the problem pressure and provide fault settlement method.

Besides, there are various safety devices, such as moment limiter, hoisting height limiter and all the necessary illuminator, which can ensure safety & reliable operation and night work.

This crane’s structure is novelty, is the combination of physique elegance, line shape and color beauty. The elegant outlook has won the award of state patent and Top Outlook award of 2005 Beijing International Engineering Machinery Expo.

This product has two section jibs, the 1st section jib is lattice structure which has good force condition and the 2nd section jib is box structure which can be pulled out from the 1st section jib. The whole jib is fixed on the side of the boom by an inserting pin (side type) when it is off the work. There are two jib lengths, namely 9.5 m and 16 m, according to operating conditions. The 1st section jib is articulated with the 5th section boom head, and thus there are two mounting angles of jib and boom, namely 0°and 30°. Since adopt the rotated axle and the chute, it is convenient for the angle between jib and boom to vary.

 

Derricking mechanism adopts a front mounted single cylinder which enables the boom angle to vary from -2°to 80°. Balance valve on the cylinder can make derricking up/down steady.
