Q: How long can I get a price quotation from you ?

A: For most items , Tin-seng Team will provide you a quotation within 24 hours upon receipt of your inquiry that includes detail fabric information such as material type , width , composition etc. 

Q: Can we get a sample for reference ? Who takes care of shipping cost of sample ?

A: Sure , free A4 sample and color swatches are available to all our customers . The buyer pays for the shipping cost of requested samples if it's the first business between us  .  However , we do return the shipping portion you paid at sample stage when it comes to bulk orders .  The shipping cost will be on Tin-seng's expense from 2nd coorperation . 

Q: How do you do to secure the quality of your products ?

A: As a long-survived factory , Tin-seng had set up an standard quality control system , 100+set advanced machine and 400+ skilled workers are also a key factor that contribute to our stable and prior quality .  Besides that , you will receive the pre-production sample before production to review the quality first .  

Q: What is your MOQ for my own fabric/color ?

A: 500yard per color .

Q: How long is your production leadtime ?

A: Normally it takes 25days . It can be speed up based on quantity , exact fabric you order , color etc. ( We ever experienced to finish 20'GP container within 10 days ) !   Also , there're some common item in stock which can be quick delivered upon receipt of your order .   Please check with the team about stock status .
