Q1  Can I have a sample order ?

Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2   What about the lead time?

Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production lead time needs about 30 days after confirmed order.

Q3   How about the MOQ of order ?

We are manufacturer, the MOQ for heating fixture is 500pcs,for other bulbs are 1000pcs.

Q4   How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

Samples are shipped by FedEx, DHL, UPS or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. 

Formal order with full container will be shipped by sea.

Q5   Can we ask to print our logo on the packaging?

Sure! we have own design team and can provide professional serves for customer.

Q6   Can you give us a favorable discount ?

Of course, a favorable discount will be offered if the quantity is sizable.

Q7   Do you offer guarantee for the products?

Yes,  2 years warranty for our products.

Q8   Are your products conforming to our standards?

Our products were awarded the certificate by UL CUL ETL CE ROHS TUV etc.
