Safety Features

You will never have to worry about accidental explosions (like with stovetop models) because electric pressure cookers have safety measures built in. The pressure cooker has seven of these features installed. First, the machine won’t start unless the lid is properly secured, and it won’t open until all the pressure has been released. Also, it automatically adjusts the internal pressure so it maintains safe levels throughout the cooking process, while the thermostat maintains the correct temperature. Finally, the anti-block cover prevents food particles from blocking the pressure limit valve, and the handles stay cool to avoid accidental burns.

Accessories

The electric pressure cooker doesn’t come with lots of accessories, but you don’t need much other than the basic cooking utensils you probably already own. It comes with a nonstick cooking pot, which some users don’t like because it can peel and leak harmful chemicals into their food. If you prefer stainless steel, we can use stainless steel instead of non-stick pot. Both the included cooking pot and trivet are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. The recipe book has almost 50 recipes for appetizers, soups, entrees and desserts that customers say are very accurate and they have had great success with them.
