The prefinished Red Oak treads with our PU clear-coat applied. Traditional red Oak stair treads are 1 1/16 "(25mm) & 1 3/4 "(38mm) thick . But we can make from 20-100mm thick stair treads in both red & white oak , iroko , walnut , acacia , etc. These treads are sometimes identified by their part number --red Oak Plain Stair Tread.
Yorking Hardwood red Oak stair treads are made from 100% solid and Select Grade red Oak and shipped pre-sanded and ready for a coat of stain and polyurethane to be applied on site.
