Lab dips must be assessed against the Customer’s Master shade. 1st bulk submission must be assessed against the approved lab dip. All further batches must be assessed against the approved 1st bulk.
Colour measurement
All shades are measured by the spectraflash using the following criterias:
- CMC epuation2.0: 1.0
- Specular component included
- 30 mm aperture
- 10 degree observer
- UV included
- Illuminants:D65,TL84.
Visual assessment
All shades are assessed in GretagMacbethTM SPECTRALIGHT III lightbox under the following illuminants:
- Primary:D65
- Secondary:TL84
Light source in our lab: D65，COOL WHITE，HORIZON，UV，TL84 “A”.

All faults must be marked using a sticker at the selvedge.
Allowances are deducted form the gross roll yardage as follows:

An allowance of 10 cm must be given for a join.

Q:Dose your fabric sample free of charge?
A;Yes, our sample hanger and yardage sample within 2yds can be free of charge and send by freight collect,will charge if more that 2yds.
Q:Dose your LD can be free of charge?
A:For solid colors, our LD can be free of charge.
Q:Dose your S/O for print can be free of charge?
A;If wee have base fabric,1yds S/O sample and A4 sample can be free of charge or we have to charge USD15.00/YD if do not have base fabric on hand.
Q:What is your standard quantity tolerance for my order?
A:Our standard tolerance rate is 5% of total order quantity,please do let me know if you have different tolerance request.
Q:What should I provide if I need make printed sample?
A:Please send us high resolution AI file or PSD file of your design.
Q:What if I need do some function on my fabric?
A:Normally we can do function like: wicking, antistatic, anti-pilling, antibiosis, UV proof, DWR, water-dirty-oil proof etc.
Q:What test standard method you can reach?
A:Mostly we can do AATCC,ISO,ASTM method, detail have to be based on your request.
