Reticulated foam offer resistance to compaction and compression and allow free flow of liquids and air .The foam provides a friendly and stable platform for good bacteria .We create reticulated foam in all shapes and sized from small cubes to large sheets .and with your choice of pore density (from 8-80PPI).The convolute ,undulating texture increased surface area and improves filter performance 

Each preformed block of our polyurethane foam is thermally processed to remove space form between each cell wall (or"strut").The filter foam is filled with hydrogen ,then ignited .Boom ! The controlled explosion removes the thin layer of foam between each cell's membrane .The result is freshly manufactured filter foam that is perfectly porous ,After this process ,flame retardant additives and bacterial coatings can be added .
