Our mill is equipped with machinery from world renowned textile machinery manufacturers like “Lakshmi”, Savio, Schelafhorst Saurer. The pre-ring spinning and ring spinning sections are equipped with “Lakshmi”. All machines are equipped with electronic yarn clear – like Uster Quantam of post spinning machines which are taking care of long, medium and short term variations. Monitoring of each spinning spindles is done through Ring Data System. For twisting, the plant is suitably equipped with Two-For-One(TFO) twisters.

Carton packed (18-19 cones per carton) and each cone weighs around 3 KG.

Shipped through 40' HQ via Kolkata port and each container can hold 24.75 tons (24,750 KG)
