· 2. If the led lighting products were broken in two years due to quality issues,
we will repair it for free.(Excluding items damaged or misused after receipt).

· 3. We accept authorized returns for an exchange, or refund within 5 days on receipt of the item.
Item must be in original condition with original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Q1: Can I have samples to test?

A: Yes,we are pleased to supply samples to test and check quality,mixed sample order is available.
     Please note, free samples is not acceptable.

Q2: Do you have any MOQ limited?

A: Our MOQ EXW is 1PC to supply new customers.

Q3: What's the lead time?

A: Sample :1-5days. Mass production: 7-20days depend on the order quantity.

Q4:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?

A: We usually ship by DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT. It usually takes 3-5days to arrive. By air,by sea are also acceptable
