Instruction

1)  Avoid excessive heating

2)  Avoid strong collision 
3)  Always allow your pan to cool before washing.
4)  After use, wash your pan lightly in warm water.
5)  Do not use a stiff brush, or a scourer.
6)  To prevent any rust, always dry well and store your pan with the lid off.
7)  Do not use in the dishwasher or microwave.

8)  Do not clean your cast iron cookware with oven cleaner.
9)  Oven safe to 240C.
