PRODUCTION PROCESS
1.steel sheet cutting: cutting the steel plate into required size
2.steel sheet bending or molding: bending molding steel sheet into required shapes such as round tapered, Octagonal tapered, Square etc.
3.automatic welding: welding longitudinally by automatic welding machine
4.mending&grinding: re-welding and grinding the pole defect after automatic welding
5.shaping (diamension verify): straightening light pole and keep the straightness error is not more than <=±1.5/1000
6. flange welding:welding flanges or brackets/arms on pole
7.cutting door (hole drilling): cutting the door in the bottom of pole and welding frame upon the door
8.deburring: remove the burrs on the pole
9.surface treatment: Hot dip galvanized
10.polishing: polishing pole after hot-dip galvanizing
11.powder coating: Pure polyester powder painting, color as you requaired, then heating for certain time
12.Inspection: Careful inspections are carried out by highly trained inspection engineers
13.packing and shipping: bubble polyestic paper & non-woven fabric with plywood frame, shipping

Solar street light:
Q: How many cycles full charge&discharge about your battery?
A: In 50% discharging deepness,it can be cycled for 1,200 times; in floating charging and discharging status, it can be cycled for 5000~6000 times.
Q: How to Choose the System Voltage 12V or 24V or for normal street light?
A: We can design the system for 12V or 24V for solar street light or 220-380V for normal street light.
Q: What’s the main difference between mono and polycrystalline solar panel?
A:Production process and cost. Polysilicon technology is more mature since it is an early technology compared with Monosilicon.
Q:The controller of your solar street light has dual time control function?
A:Our solar charge controller is designed with dual time control function, you can set up the lighting time and divide it into two parts, like 12 hours (6 hours full power lighting + 6 hours hallf power lighting)
