20 micron grinding mill introduction

LM series 20 micron grinding mill is one advanced powder making mill which is developed through many years’ research &experience and bringing in the new mechanical techniques of Europe. It is one complete plant that integrated with drying, milling, classifier and elevator. It is the high standard mill with many advantages, like taking a little space, high efficiency and energy-saving, and the LM vertical mill fully meets the requirement of clients in the high production of powder.

Material through the feed tube fell on the center of  20 micron grinding mill grinding plate, centrifugal force generated from the rotation of grinding plate uniformly scatters and flattens the materials outwards the surrounding area of  20 micron grinding mill grinding plate, to forms a certain thick layer of materials bed, the material was crushed by number of rollers at the same time. Driven by the continuous centrifugal force to keep the materials moving to the outer edge of the grinding plate, the materials off the grinding plate rising with the hot air which enter from wind ring into the vertical roller mill, through the  20 micron grinding mill shell into the middle of the separator, in this course materials and hot gas do a fully heat exchange, and the water quickly evaporates. Separator controls the output size of finished product, greater than the specified size are separated and fall back to the plate, while meet the fineness requirements are brought through the separator into the finished product warehouse.

It adopts the technology that vertical roller grind material directly on the disc, with low energy consumption; for the roller is not contact with the disc directly in the work, and the roller and liner are made by quality materials, it is of less wear and long life.

Its automatic control system can reach remote control, which is easy to operate; there is the device to prevent roller sleeve contact with disc liner directly, and avoid the destructive impact and severe vibration; we can turn the rotating arm by repairing fuel tank, replace the roller and liner are more convenient, which can reduce the downtime.

It features small vibration, low noise, and sealing device as a whole, and the system also works with no pressure and dust spills.
