Q:Can make alternations on the order?

A: Alternations can be accepted before production.you should add extra fees to big alternations if the workers have started to make it.

Q:Can I see the process?

A: of course no problem,you can feel free to contact me to check the process.we can send you photos of the process to confirm the details.

Q: How long i can receive my dress?

A:making time is 15-20 business days(Urgent orders except),shipping time is 3-7 business days.

Rush orders can be accepted?

A:yes,no problem.But need rush fees.you can contact me to check more informations.

Q:The dress 100% exactly same as the picture shown?

A:As an honest seller, we guarantee the dress will be 90%-95% same as original picture shown. If you want 100% exactly same, please forgive. No two exactly same leaves in the world.

Q:What about the dress color difference?

A:Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD cscreen, color difference can not be avoided, so we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be excatly same as the pictures you see, please understand. If you are very very strict in color, please contact us firstly before you place an order.

Q:what about the payment?
A:Need full payment for small amount payment .30% -- 70% deposit can be accepted for large amount orders , please contact me to check the details.
