1. What is the term of delivery?

Re: EXW, FOB, CIF, DPA.

2. What is the payment term?

Re: OB,CIF,DPA; T/T,30% in advance and 70% balance before shipping.

3. How about the delivery time?

Re: Commonly, it takes 15~25 days of production after the receipt of your advance down payment and 7 days for delivering after full payment.

4. What is the warranty time?

Re: 12 months from the date of finished.During this period,we will be responsible for all product quality issues.

5. Can you supply samples if we need in advance?  

Re:Actually,we don't supply sample to every customer,we can supply you the disign map to refer;If you have to confirm the product,we are all welcome you to our factory to visit,our sample need customer pay the cost.

6.Are you the factory or trading company?
