Q1. Can you accept OEM and ODM service?

A: Yes, Both of OEM and ODM service can be accepted.

Q2. Can I purchase just one piece of sample shoe to check the quality before place order?

A: Yes, It’s available. The sample fee will be need charged.

Q3. What is your MOQ?

A: 1) For shoe style with composite outsole

   Our MOQ is 300 pairs per color per style.

     2) For shoe style with molding outsole or foaming outsole.

   Our MOQ is 300pairs per color per style, meanwhile the total quantity request to be met 3000pairs in the group of shoe.

Q4. What payment terms do you accept?

A:  30% T/T deposit and balance 70% before shipment.

      100% L/C at sight before production.

      100% Cash.

      On the alibaba platform credit guarantee the order of payment.

Q5. How long is your delivery lead time?  

A: 7-15 days for sampling time;

     35- 60 days for production lead time after received your deposit and sample /confirm/ied.

Q6. How about the packaging details?

A: 1)A pair of shoes into a box, include a hand bags, a leaflet, a shoehorn, a piece of Mildewproof sheet and 8 bags of desiccants, 4 bags of desiccants into each shoe.

     2)12 pairs of shoes into a master carton,or as client's requirement.
